Shipping Policy
Effective date: Cozy Utility ships orders in accordance with the operational, commercial, and consumer protection commitments described below. This shipping policy applies to all online orders placed through our storefront unless a product page, checkout notice, or written quotation expressly states otherwise. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed this shipping policy together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.
Order processing. Orders are normally reviewed, confirmed, and prepared for dispatch within one to three business days after successful payment authorization. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during store closure periods are processed on the next available business day. During promotional peaks, catalog launches, seasonal campaigns, inventory audits, severe weather conditions, or carrier disruptions, processing times may be extended. Where a material delay is identified, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.
Delivery territories and restrictions. We fulfill orders to the regions listed at checkout. Certain products, shipping methods, or destination countries may be restricted due to regulatory requirements, carrier limitations, fraud prevention measures, customs exposure, sanctions controls, product composition, or destination-specific risk. We reserve the right to decline, split, delay, or cancel an order where shipment is not commercially or legally feasible. If an order cannot be shipped after payment has been captured, we will notify you and issue an appropriate refund consistent with our Return and Refund Policy.
Shipping methods and estimated delivery windows. Available shipping methods are displayed at checkout and may vary by destination, parcel dimensions, product category, stock location, or carrier service levels. Any delivery timeline shown on the product page, cart, checkout, or post-purchase communication is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed delivery commitment unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. Carrier scans, customs clearance, local handoff events, and final-mile performance are outside our direct control. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and do not include order review, fraud screening, carrier acceptance delays, customs holds, or force majeure events.
Shipping charges, taxes, and import costs. Shipping charges are shown before order completion. Unless otherwise stated, displayed shipping charges cover standard transport only and may not include customs duties, brokerage fees, local import taxes, VAT adjustments, storage fees, or other destination-specific assessments imposed by authorities or third parties. You are responsible for any additional import, customs, handling, or destination charges unless local law requires otherwise or we expressly state that such charges are included. If a parcel is refused because duties or taxes remain unpaid, any refund may be reduced by the carrier’s return costs, customs costs, or non-recoverable service fees.
Address accuracy and failed delivery. You are responsible for ensuring that the shipping name, phone number, street address, postal code, region, and country submitted at checkout are accurate, complete, and deliverable. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or extra charges caused by inaccurate address information, refusal to accept delivery, inability to access the premises, failure to collect from a pick-up point, or failure to respond to carrier contact attempts. Where a shipment is returned to us for an address-related reason, any reshipment will require payment of new shipping charges and may also be subject to inventory availability.
Risk transfer, title, and delivery confirmation. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the order is delivered to the shipping address, safe place, pick-up point, or recipient authorized by you, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise. Carrier tracking, signed delivery, geolocation scans, proof-of-delivery images, and pickup confirmations may be used as evidence of fulfillment. Title to goods passes only upon full payment of the order price and any applicable charges where permitted by law.
Partial shipments and split fulfillment. We may ship items in multiple consignments when stock is held in different locations, when a subset of items is ready earlier, or where doing so is operationally reasonable. In such cases you will not be charged additional shipping beyond the amount confirmed at checkout unless you separately request an upgraded or alternative shipping method after purchase. Any delivery estimate for the order may differ from the estimate for each individual consignment.
Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments. If your order arrives visibly damaged, appears incomplete, or tracking indicates an abnormal shipping event, you should contact us promptly at info@cozyutility.life and, where possible, include your order number, photographs of the packaging and contents, and a summary of the issue. We may ask you to retain packaging materials, cooperate with a carrier investigation, or complete a short damage declaration. We will assess the matter in good faith and determine whether replacement, refund, insurance claim support, or another remedy is appropriate.
